Next, you need to get the source of the problem fixed. If there is a busted pipe, or faulty electrical outlet, you need to get these fixed before our technicians get there. This will solve any problems repeating themselves and costing you more money in the end.

On water damages, we will extract the remaining water from your carpet, put down a mold/mildew prohibitor, and in most cases set up drying equipment. Depending on the extent of the damage, drying time usually takes about 3-4 days with the drying equipment.

On smoke damages, we can wash down and repaint the walls, ceiling, and baseboards. We will steam clean the affected carpet and upholstery and apply a deodorizer.
