What To Expect
Our uniformed technicians will arrive in our marked van on time and ready to go. He will first walk through with you all areas that need cleaned and answer any questions or concerns you might have. The technician will then measure each desired room and give you the final price upfront before he starts cleaning. He then will decide whether the
RX-20 or the DriMaster cleaning system will better suit your needs. If the technician is moving any furniture, he will do that now with careful precision. Next, he will pre-treat the carpet to help remove any stubborn spots. He then will steam clean the carpet with one of our extraction machines. After that, the technician will move your furniture back to its original position with tabs or blocks under each piece. The technician will walk through each room with you again to make sure that you are completely satisfied. He will collect payment, put away his equipment, and leave your carpets looking fresh and clean!

In addition to using the latest in state-of-the-art technology, Pro Care uses the proper cleaning products, the appropriate methods, and the correct technique to ensure that your carpeting is thoroughly cleaned and restored to a like-new condition.
Cleaning Agent
Our cleaning solution provides for the deep cleaning of your carpeting through a biodegradable and organic cleaning system. The formula is safe, non-toxic,
non-hazardous, and does not contain any ozone-depleting CFC’s. This low foaming formula gives a thorough and complete removal process and reduces potential resoiling. Furthermore, this emulsifier is especially designed for safe use on Stain Resistant carpeting. While it provides a strong cleaning of your carpeting, it is gentle enough to be used on delicate fabrics.
Proper pH
We use only a properly balanced pH solution which is vital in the cleaning of your carpeting. Using an improper pH level (above 9.5) in the cleaning of carpet will remove the stain resistant properties of your carpeting.
Soft Water
Pro Care uses soft water to clean and rinse your carpeting. Using soft water enables us to only use half of the soap that would otherwise be needed to clean your carpeting. IT ensures that there will be no soap residue or mineral deposits left in your carpet. The use of soft water leaves your carpeting cleaner, softer, and soap free.
